When the last known address doesn't pan out, we work to find a current one so service can move forward.

Field verification
Confirming a lead in person before attempting service.
We use data sources only for permissible purposes allowed under laws such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act — in our case, in connection with legal proceedings. We don't perform searches for personal curiosity, and we don't release a located person's address to clients when doing so could create a safety risk, such as in domestic matters.
You'll receive a written summary of what we found and whether the address was field-verified. If a new address is confirmed, we can proceed to serve. Not every search produces a current address; you'll be told clearly if ours doesn't.
