- Client information: name, firm or company, email, phone, and billing details.

How we use information
- To serve and deliver documents, locate parties, and complete returns of service;
- To file returns and other documents with courts when requested;
- To communicate with clients and bill for services;
- To respond to complaints, subpoenas for our records, and legal obligations.
Permissible use of data
Database information used for locating parties is obtained and used only for permissible purposes under applicable law, such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act, in connection with legal proceedings.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. Information is shared only with the client who engaged us, with courts as part of returns of service, with vetted process servers we assign for out-of-area work, with service providers (secure storage, email, billing) bound to confidentiality, and as required by law. Returns of service filed with courts may become public records.
Retention
Service records and affidavits are retained for several years because they may be needed to confirm service in later proceedings. Documents are securely destroyed or deleted when no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and secure transmission for documents. Please don't send sensitive identifiers such as full Social Security numbers unless we specifically request them through a secure method.
Your choices
Clients can request access to or correction of their information at support@palmcoastprocessing.us. Records connected to legal proceedings may need to be retained.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
