Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms apply to palmcoastprocessing.us and to services provided by Palm Coast Processing, LLC ("we," "us"), 143 Rae Drive, Ste. 1, Palm Coast, FL 32164. Your written quote or job confirmation controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Not a law firm
We are not attorneys and don't provide legal advice. We don't determine what documents you need, whether service is legally sufficient for your case, filing deadlines, or how to proceed. Clients are responsible for providing correct, court-issued documents and for legal decisions in their matters.
Services and fees
- Fees are quoted per service and depend on service level (routine, rush, same-day), location, and the number of parties or addresses.
- Fees for skip tracing, additional addresses, stakeouts, courthouse runs, and notary travel are quoted separately.
- Court filing and copy fees charged by the clerk are passed through at cost.
- Payment may be required before work begins for new or individual clients. Approved firm accounts are invoiced per agreed terms.
Service attempts
- We make diligent, good-faith attempts as described in your quote. We can't guarantee that any person will be served, because service depends on the person's location and availability.
- Service is performed lawfully. We won't trespass, use deception that's prohibited by law, or put staff or the public at risk.
- If service isn't completed after the quoted attempts, we provide an affidavit of non-service describing our efforts.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate names, addresses, and identifying information, and tell us about safety concerns.
- Provide documents early enough to meet deadlines. Rush and same-day options are subject to availability.
- Use any address or information we develop only for the legal matter for which it was obtained.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact support@palmcoastprocessing.us or (386) 446-7193. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. If a dispute isn't resolved, either party may request non-binding mediation in Flagler County with a mutually agreed mediator, with the mediator's fee shared equally, before filing a claim. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a consumer protection agency or filing in small claims court.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the fees paid for that job, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including outcomes in the underlying legal matter.
Website
The serve checklist and website content are informational only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute is Flagler County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes don't affect jobs already confirmed.
