What we can do at the courthouse

• File documents with the clerk where paper or in-person filing is accepted
• Obtain certified copies of judgments, orders, and other records
• Pick up issued summonses and writs for service
• Retrieve public records from the clerk and recorder
• Courier documents between offices, courts, and agencies

Flagler County Courthouse in Bunnell routinely, plus Volusia, St. Johns, and Putnam County locations by arrangement.

Fees paid to the clerk

Clerk filing and copy fees are separate from our service fee. We'll tell you the amount needed or advance it and itemize it on your invoice, as agreed.

Attorneys in Florida generally must e-file through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. We handle physical filings, retrievals, and courier tasks — not legal decisions about what or when to file.
